IMMIGRANT JUSTICE & SANCTUARY WORKING GROUP

The Immigrant Justice & Sanctuary (IJS) Working Group formed in the wake of the election to combat growing threats to immigrant communities in the Greater Boston area. The Workmen’s Circle was founded by immigrants who recognized the need to stand together to face the challenges of making a life in a new land. We continue to stand with immigrants today. We are plugged into local immigrant rights work and currently are deeply engaged in an interfaith coalition to offer Sanctuary to a family facing potential deportation.

IJS meets the first Sunday of the month from 6:30-8:00 PM at Boston
