BWC Young Adult Shabes Kick Off: Sing! Dance! Make Art!

Shabes is a time to exhale, connect, and let go. On May 12th, join Boston Workers Circle Young Adults for secular ritual, dinner, conversation, art making and unbridled singing, and maybe even dancing.

Arrive and schmooze at 6:30pmShabes ritual starts at 7:00pm. The potluck will be begin at 7:45pm, and then an option for jamming or singing will happen closer to 8:30pm. Strong possibility of a dance party afterwards.

  • Potluck: bring an entree, side dish, dips, drinks or dessert (store bought will not be judged). Tell us what you can bring
  • Company: bring yourself, your friend, lover, lovers' lover and guardians
  • The vibe: bring a poem you like, a song you think 3 or more people will know how to sing along to, and/or an open heart. No creative/songmaking prereqs for this shabes...just you!
  • Location: First Floor, 47 Spring Park Ave, 02130

    • Bike parking is available at several nearby posts
    • Non-Permit parking available on Spring Park Ave. or at the parking lot on Centre St. and Spring Park.
